New Patients: If this is your first visit, please keep an eye on your inbox for your intake forms. These must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Payment Policy: Please note that we are a digital-payment-only clinic. All payments must be processed online via the credit card on file at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee.

Waitlist: If you don’t see your preferred time available, please add yourself to our Waitlist (found at the bottom of the sidebar), and we will notify you if a spot opens up.
